Is there a way to remove alert that I'm new user ?

How can I remove this of my screen please:

"Hi Chevels, since you're a fairly new user, you’ll be unable to post links/images or other media until you've exceeded three posts. This restriction is in place to prevent spam bots. Apologies for the inconvenience."

I have been registered for a little over 3 years I think and I constantly this message when I connect to the site. The forum does not interest me particularly but this message annoys me.
This is not very serious, but it takes up space on my screen and if I have to post at least 3 messages so here is the 1st...^^
