Item name plugin

Hello, Cyprus here for a quote on a plugin.
So I've not really seen any servers with this, so I thought I might as well start it out.
I want a plugin where it will cycle through a list of text, editable in the config.
But it's not like an autoannouncer in chat, nonono.
I want to see if it's possible to replace the names of the items in the hotbar, and just keep the cycled messages where it says "Spawn Ghast:

It doesn't matter what item you are holding, or if you're not holding an item at all, the real item name won't show up, only the configurable messages will. If you want more info on what I want, then please just reply to this thread!
