Blue website is ugly because it's too blue. I would've considered using white for the pricing elements with a dark blue shadow so that it sort of merges.

As a developer myself (19), just wanted to say omg, incredible design skills! I'm about 5 years older and am not that good with CSS yet, just incredible. MC-Market is a great way for you to get started but I seriously see you getting a front-end developer job that pays $50K/yr+ as soon as you're 18. Don't sell yourself short. Keep learning til then but seriously, you're doing awesome!
