I'm a staff member of a RP-PvP Server based on the amazing universe of Naruto, and i'm here to hire someone who are interested by create from zero a Plugin in 1.8 with the aim to do a huge system of jutsus/spells.
This plugin idea is in the same idea as "Bending" or "ProjectKora", the same system with different spell and some system to use them ( chakra bar for example )
