You'd have better luck purchasing an online class than trying to find someone from here to teach you. Many of the developers that would actually be able to teach you are usually busy. A few online courses you can try are: Codecademy or Udemy

Yes go learn to code on codecademy first and when you think you have enough knowledge of how java works (OOP, loops, ...) then look on youtube for Bukkit coding tutorials, that's how I learned it.
