Jquery firefly effect

I am trying to add the firefly effect to my webpage but it doesn't seem to be working. I am quite new to this and have never used jquery on a website before if anyone wants to paste the code on how to do it or want to help me out on skype add me @ MrSentinels (I will be willing to pay if someone can help me out)

I've not heard of this Firefly thing, so if you could tell me about it that'd help.

What does it do? How does it work? Have you linked the jQuery properly? Did you write the jQuery code? Or is it downloaded?
