Kick Error

So every few minutes I get kicked from a server and it gives me this message:

Note: I'm not using a hacked client, just a clean 1.8.9 optifine
Somebody help me fix this :L it's annoying.

I'm pretty sure that's an error on the servers behalf, though have you changed your usercache.json?

Happens on pretty much any server I join. And nah, I haven't touched that.

Try deleting it, and then relogging maybe.
