KitPvP Plugin

Hey guys! Quick thread here.

I'm looking for a plugin similar to the one on play.vortexpvp.com's kitpvp server.

I'm looking for the ability to right click an item frame and get the item.

The currency would be gold. You get gold from killing players. You can use this gold to repair and upgrade your armor. You upgrade your stuff by doing /upgrade where it opens up a GUI where you can select better armor/weapons - each costing a different amount of gold.

Looking to get this done for around $50
