I've created a large landscape map for a friend of mine, but he didn't use it. He tried to sell it but backed out eventually. I contacted him and I'm now taking over the sale again. He agreed to this.

I own this map and the permissions to sell it. Nobody has received the files from me. The map was created on my private building server, and I am able to prove this to any customer on Skype via screenshare. If you want to take a look at it before you buy it, screenshare is also an option.
If you've bought this map from me, you may use it however you like. Even resell it. If you want to make it publicly available however, you will need to inform me.
You can use any screenshots or video material as promotional material without needing my permission.
I will keep all the rights to use screenshots and other visual material for personal use, promotion of my service and my portfolio.
Once you've received the world file, I will need confirmation that you've received the schematic to prevent chargebacks.
