Not impossible. I have had Hosts give me free servers for doing some work for them. I just use them for testing. But if you do the host will probably be total shite.

closest you'll get is Minespan's 1 GB for $1.50, I think. Using normal plans anyway.

Are there any hosts that just offers 128 MB packages?
Any particular reason you are not just hosting it yourself? I mean if you are only looking for a small server like that, it doesn't exactly seem like you would be using it in production (128mb is wwwaaaayyyyy to small for a production server).

128MB is a very small amount of RAM for a server and likely wouldn't be able to run anything other than a Vanilla Minecraft server.
We may be able to offer you 256MB at $0.80/month if you paid annually ($9.60/year). Just send us a PM if you're interested.

Your dream has came true, 512mb of ram server for $0.66: Minecraft Plans | Fluctis Hosting canada or france datacenter, please note this company probably oversells and i do not recommend there budget plan for a main server, but small servers such as bungeecord or hubs work well (currently have a server from them ,hub,512mb of ram)
