I believe someone would have to withdraw the money with a card or bank -- (I do not intend on doing anything with the cards or nor will I be logged in while you do this) and yeah. I've tried with a VISA Prepaid card and a Online only transaction Mastercard and they both dont work. All I want to do is get gta v with the money.[DOUBLEPOST=1564897425][/DOUBLEPOST]

You seem like you're in a bit of trouble. I don't know what I'd advise other than either trying to get your parents information and using your paypal as their account or I don't really know tbh.
