Okay, so I woke up and I saw that Paypal sent me an email saying that my account got limited. I saw that the fault was the $200 sent by Sheep1 and/or sending $190 to Arshi and Arshi refunding my payment. What do I do?

Regardless, you have to be over 18 to have a paypal account, even if you have your own stuff and you don't want your parents having any involvement.

I feel as if these stupid "Age Requirements" are idiotic, the ONLY one I can understand is 16 to drive. That is reasonable, but to have a paypal account, 16 should be acceptable. I just feel everything in this world is dumb now, and its going to shit REAL quick.[DOUBLEPOST=1469625366][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yeah I agree, 16 is acceptable for a PayPal account. You can be 11 (Well In my country) to have a bank account but 18 to have a PayPal account :/

In my country it is 14 to get a debit card, as long as you have a parent as the co signer. (My Dad), 16 to get a drivers licenses, 16 to own a business. I just feel the world is so backwards.

You will need to call paypal, never email as they do not ever seem to want to answer, call them on the phone, and it is not those payments, well it has something to do with them. You are only allowed to make 1.8k Euros in 1 year, and I assume you have made more than that (1.93k USD) and, if you do so, you account will be limited, it can also happen if you make to much, and your bank/card is not linked to you account. This had happened to my friend, and he just called them, and talked to them.

Before I got my business account this happened to me. All I did was called them and explained it all. They said if your going to recieve a lot of payments or high payments I should make a business account which I have Done and not had any issues since.

I don't wish to share my age on here but you could ask a parent or Guadian to call them up?

My country you have to be

• 17 to have a drivers license
• Any age to have a business
• 11-15 for a Childrens Bank Card
• 18 for a PayPal account - your parents need to approve to have it underage

My parent's did not need to "Approve" that I was underage, I was able to just make it since I linked my bank/card.

I am just a bit scared to call Paypal. For a few reasons.
1. My parents might be asking what the fuck am I doing
2. I might get taxed
3. It's.. weird to be 13 and talk to adults about Paypal
4. If I were to get my mum/my dad, they would not know what to do. My dad sucks at english so it's even worse. My mum, I have no idea, but I would rather do it myself while they aren't nearby

Wait, really? Because my original paypal account got limited and I need an ID, to verify that it's me. I explained that I was underaged and they said that if I were to provide a legit ID they'd close my account and send the money to another bank account.

They know that I have a paypal account, they know that I am making money online. It's just weird to call paypal and tell them all the shit when I am just 13
