Lobby Setup (Bungee - Sponge)

We currently have a pixelmon server and we want to add a lobby to it using bungee. However, we dont want to have to wipe the playerdata on the pixelmon server. So we need someone who understands how bungee reads the UUIDS from a sponge server and is able to make it so bungee uses the same, existing UUIDS.
