Lock/Unlock thread bug

Hey.
There is a small bug with the lock/unlock of threads. For me it stays locked after i change it back from complete to selling/offering, but for users like Tyler it works perfectly.

anyone can do this, just change the prefix to complete to lock it or change it back to requesting/offering to unlock it.

I do this for my development service all the time

Thread is still locked if you changed it back from completed to selling/offering etc.
