Long Term Dev on EthosEconomy - Paid well.

Hi there,
Me and my partner run a mid sized server called EthosEconomy. We range from 15 - 40 players online and do quite well with purchases. We released officially on Feb 12 and since then have earned over $1,500 in revenue. We are growing quickly and have had a hard time keeping up with bugs and new feature we want to add. We are looking for a new Dev as a addition to our team to help fill this gap.

The Job/Requirements

• You must have plenty experience with MC servers and the ability to operate/setup a dedicated server.
• Must be willing to dedicate your self and be interested in helping the server succeed.
• You must live in the USA (because of time zones) and be available to work many hours a day during the week. The more the better!
• You must be mature and friendly, preferably 17+.
• You DO NOT need to know how to code plugins.

Compensation
Compensation will be paid out on a monthly basis and will be negotiated over Skype but will be a considerable amount of money.

Usually a dev develops plugins. Are you looking for more like a plugin manager?

I also want to add that we would really like you to be experienced with fixing bugs on the fly. Things might range from permissions being off, being able to find problems in plugin configuration/plugin conflicts, to possible memory leak fixes and things of that nature. The position on the server would be a dev. We aren't really looking for someone who can code plugins but, like i said, any additional knowledge can help. I suppose plugin manager could be the word but you would be doing more than that.
