Looking an expert to fix my server with a lot of OOM Crash.

Greetings,

I upgraded my hosting from 8GB to 16GB to improve perfomance, after increasing the ram, it crash with OOM a lot, the hosting provider enabled JMX to analyze the memory heap but he doesn't seem to help. I removed a lot of plugin and still crashing even with 10 players, and the console doesn't output anything.
So i want to hire an expert to check, analyze, identify and provide a definitive fix for this.

You can DM your price, i don't have an budget, i want to get this fixed before my server is completely dead.

Have the hosting company disable the "OOM Killer" option on the pterodactyl panel, It's under build config in the administrative panel for the server.

OOM crashes usually occur when the hosts machine runs out of RAM. This usually happens if they are overselling.
The best way to rule this out is to change the server to Vanilla and if it continues to crash it is most likely an issue on your hosts side.
