Looking for a banner, avatar, and stream layout!

Hello, I have started a new Twitch channel (www.twitch.tv/onjuollu) which I am planning to expand. I am interested in having a banner, avatar, and the stream layout where it shows: Top Donator, Latest Donation, a optional webcam area where below or above says "onjuollu". The avatar should be simple where it just has my name (onjuollu) with some cool effects behind it. And finally the banner should have the name "onjuollu" in the middle and around it should be Payday 2 characters, Minecraft themes, GTA V, CS:GO, and some other random TOP games unless you think it's enough.

If I take the art work into use than I will be linking your website/portfolio in the description of my videos (www.youtube.com/p0wer0wner) and give a shoutout.
