Greetings. Let me start this off simple. I am looking for a Director for my service team, Sapphire Services. You will be working along with three other Directors (I will be categorizing each Director to specific departments/roles in the future) on the development of Sapphire Services. We are a brand new service team, so most of the profits earned (will be equally divided) will first be invested back into the team before dividing.
Requirements (reviewed on a case by case basis, exceptions are very rare)
Have experience in the management field.
Have a good and efficient work ethic.
Mature and professional
Must be able to speak English fluently
Willing to learn new things
Active on Discord
Bonuses (your chances of getting accepted into our team will get boosted)
Have a skill that may benefit Sapphire Services in one way or another (Graphics Designing, Web Development etc.)
A professional resume that showcases your past experiences and skills
Have a budget to invest into Sapphire Services
Note that I haven't included an age requirement, because as long as you meet these requirements and abide by Discord's ToS (13+), you are eligible for this position.

I believe that you have misunderstood. Investing into the server is a bonus, meaning that it would be appreciated but not required. Also, you will receive an equally divided profit share, so I trust that my offer is very reasonable. But anyways, I appreciate the comment!
