Looking for a Community Manager!

Hello my name is Zak but my friends call me Trap.
I am starting a very professional server mid to late February.
I already have a dedicated developer I have hired and professional build team ready to start then. Currently I am on the hunt for a person I see fit to run the server with me once it opens.
I will handle everything that regards finance as far as getting the server up and running goes.
I am willing to pay said person an undisclosed amount monthly (will discuss via Skype).
You will be the only other staff member when the server opens therefore when the First server (of many) opens you will be responsible in managing the players and keeping a keen eye out for players you would consider a good fit for staff. I need someone who is willing to do whatever is necessary to see the server succeed. As of now it is going to cost me right around $1500 to get the BungeeNetwork/Builds/Domain/Website/Hosting/and Prison Server setup. This being said do not expect me to bring you onto the team without a very detailed interview process and even then I may not see you fit.
