Engagement Configurator
In charge of making fun additions to the server. They need to focus on "fun" additions like coinflips, chat reactions, monetizable cosmetics, tags, NPCs, potential events, and other ideas to ensure that players are never bored while playing the server. They should also focus on making GUIs clean, simple, and understandable, same with cleaning up messages, configs, etc.. Additionally in charge of seasonal items, purchases, and events along with anyone that works with Gameplay.

Gameplay Configurator
In charge of working on the main progression system. They need to focus on the economy, time requirements, crates, kits, donor perks, cells, and other items that will be prevalent in the server's economy. The goal is for them to create a rankup system (A-Z) with balanced mines and sell prices, a balanced prestige system (if needed), cookie enchantment and shop, and every other feature that users aspire towards progressing while on the server. Works on the custom item system & crafting system. They will create the core and main purpose of the server. Additionally in charge of seasonal items, purchases, and events along with anyone that works with Engagement.

Functional Configurator
In charge of making everything functional on the server. Setting up rank permissions, worldguard regions, NPCs, leaderboards, the server's store, database management, and other back-end configuration duties. They will also work on setting up the various protections that the server will need, like an anticheat, anti-spam, exploit blocker, anti-bot, etc.. Additionally can work on keeping the server fully optimized, organizing files on the host, and fixing any random errors thrown in console.

Monthly payment of what my leader and I decide.

Honestly I'd definitely recommend Jasmine. Her configs are the best on the market and the overall experience is just great.

Experience is the most that is needed, but out of you all has the best imagination when comes to working in configuration, can bring the eyes to the server. Also, can you guys work with another if had to?
