Looking for a Custom KitPvP plugin [note 1.5.2]

Hey Everyone!

I haven't been posting on here lately. I've been very busy with my life, and my new network "BossCraft Network"

When I got BossCraft Network there were many bugs, but I've been wanting to upgrade the KitPvP server.
What I'm looking for, is a cool kitpvp plugin that's fun and unique not 100% sure if 1.5.2 has GUI options, but I'd prefer if there is a coder who could code a 1.5.2 GUI kitpvp plugin.

Joins game, you have a CHEST in you're inventory. This list's all you're kits, Then there is a Second page option that lists all the donor kits.
-> cannot drop swords, armor.
-- Does not include soup in the kits. Only armor/effects.

Note, this plugin has to be 1.5.2, the server is only 1.5.2, so it needs to consist with 1.5.2 coding.

Budget: I'm not going to be paying over 50$ for a simple plugin such this. I am very willing to compromise, just let's talk about it.
