I'm looking for a dedicated machine, no VPS or VDS or any shared hosting that offers the same specifications or something close to this image provided from OVH cloud.
I'll be hosting a game server on it but not minecraft related.

DDOS mitigation is a must as I'm usually a target of DDOS

I'll need Windows Server 2019 installed on it as well, 2022 will not work.
Location must be in Europe, Central Europe preferred. either DE or NL.
