Looking for a factions setup

I am going to open up a factions server with a Youtuber. I already have the spawn.
What I need:

- All permissions working
- Donator ranks
- Preferable crates/key plugin
- All plugins set up correctly without memory leaks.
- If you have a domain and a banner/logo that wouldn't hurt
I literally want to put my spawn on a map, set up shops, set up buycraft, set up voting, and then launch.
