You might want to edit your thread up a bit. Most developers won't even think about getting a job from you because your thread might turn them off. But good luck finding a developer. If you cannot find a Developer to help you around, I'm a great alternative. I have extensive knowledge of Plugins and Server Management, I also work for free! Good luck!
