I am looking for a manager for an upcoming faction server. I am buying this server from two people, if you want the link of the post PM me and I will send it.

What you will do:
Find advertisers (youtube, streamers, etc) (preferred or if you know somebody that can help but you can't then perfect that's fine they will come along too if they want.
Connect with the community along with the staff
Have a good relationship with the community as well as the staff
Manage the staff
Tell me what the community likes and doesn't like
Make regular forum posts and discord posts about information regarding the server
Stay updated with the community
Keep the community involved in the server so they will not get bored:
Such as:
Schedule weekly, daily, or monthly events
Drop parties
PvP events
Raid events
etc

Things to note:
Server is not released yet
Discord server has about 56/57 members in it
