Looking for a partner and management

Hi everyone, I'm going to keep this super short to help both of us:

I have done management for a few years now, but want to step up to making my own server. I'm decently experienced with what I need to know, but need someone else who really has the experience to help me. I'm very active, and will be fully focusing this server, but I will need help along the way. I can cover most if not all costs, but it would help if you had at least a little budget. The positions I'm looking for is (possibly):
1 Owner
1-3 Managers

This is just for right now as it's just starting out and this is to help make everything needed to release. If you have experience around console and things like that, it will help. Managers will be paid very well, but I don't know if I will be paying until release. Expected amount to be paid will definitely be high though. I'm not looking for managers who server hop either. The owner will have a large chunk of the income. I know how to grow a community, especially prisons which is what I want to start with.
