Looking for a Plugin Dev who can make 2 simple plugins! ($$$)

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a plugin dev who can make my server a simple plugin - basically I would select certain areas where the water needs to regenerate every 24 hours, incase someone takes the water from the area (for a survival server).

Also another plugin where certain areas give off radiation, and you start losing health slowly and every few hearts you lose, the plugin gives you a warning that you are in a Rad zone. But you can take "radiation pills", which will be diamonds or something, which means that they are free from radiation for a certain amount of time. Also, in game for the item description, instead of diamonds it would say Rad pills. The areas would preferably be set by world guard.
