I sold him a prison setup, and apparently I "downloaded" it? Now he's threatening to post a scam report even though I gave him the setup FIRST so that he could check it and THEN I asked him to pay me...

So let's say you did download the setup off of the internet. Even if he got to check it out first, doesn't mean he should have known right away if it had been downloaded. He just probably checked to make sure everything was there, and later found out it was "downloaded".

You told me you were selling me a prison setup, and then all you did was send me a fully downloaded prison map with plugins. I chcked the essentials user list and there was even a ton of people on it which leads me to believe you downloaded that too.
