Looking for a server manager

Hi, I go by the name Kishud online.
I always wanted to create my own Minecraft SMP since I was a child. Now I have the vision, but no clue or experience on where to start. I am looking for someone who can help me on a long term base for server hosting, making sure java and bedrock can play with eachother, add a few plugins/mods and so on.
What have I done so far to contribute?
-Created a Discord group
-Decided on a name --> ChessCraft SMP (yes, a minecraft SMP with a few chess mods and plugins)
-A rough plan on how much it would cost to run this server --> 9 USD for 4 GB Ram per month.

What can I do for you?
-If you join I will post on my youtube channel your amazing work
-If anyone of my friends approach me I will let them know that you are a great manager.
-Since I am a teenager. I can only really give little pay.

I am looking for a volunteer who can help me with this.

Just a friendly tip, go for at least 16GB of RAM. Best case scenario, 24 or 32. Four GB's won't be enough if you get more than 15-20 players.

That is true but it can also warry on the number of plugins the plugin load world load and if its just a plain vanilla with some slice of life plugins 4gb is enough for lets say 10 players with minimal plugins

Well they stated they’re putting mods in as well. Four GB won’t be sufficient in any case really.

Yeah for today's standards 4gb is less than ideal but it is what it is
