Looking for another Developer (paid)

I'm looking for an additional Developer to help out Crypteria. The reason I'm looking for another dev (as I already have one) is because sometimes there are urgent things needing completion and my current dev isn't online or is busy. This is why I am in need of another Developer.

Developer Position Requirements

-Experience with coding and configuration for 2 years or more
-Experience with developing/running a factions server (Crypteria is factions, so it would be better to have knowledge in factions development in general)
-Is available via Skype/Discord frequently throughout the day
-Good pricing for development/configuration
-Over the age of 15
-Mature
-Has a Skype Account
-Has a Discord Account

Payment

Here's how it will work:

1. I will create a list on google docs on what needs to be done.
- I will send you the sharing link to that document so that you can view and edit the list
2. You will tell me how long the list will take to complete and how much it will cost after it's done.
- Keep in mind, the list includes bugs needed fixing, new features that need to be added, etc
3. You get to work on notify me with updates daily.
4. When you are done, you message me and if there aren't any further concerns, I pay you.
