I currently own a well-developed Skyblock Minecraft server with a significant financial investment already put into it (custom development, plugins, setup, etc.).


I’m looking to bring on a co-owner / server manager — not for financial contribution, but for experience, leadership, and growth strategy.


What I’m looking for:

• Proven experience owning or managing successful Minecraft servers
• Strong understanding of player growth, retention, and community building
• Ability to lead a staff team and make executive decisions
• Knowledge of marketing (Discord, TikTok, forums, etc. is a big plus)
• Someone serious about scaling a server, not just playing

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping direct the future of the server (open to changing direction if needed — Skyblock, OneBlock, etc.)
• Managing staff and community engagement
• Creating and executing a growth plan
• Working closely with me to scale to a larger player base
