My main question is do you have the budget to facilitate your requests?

My motivations for this question:

1. A Minecraft launcher is difficult at best to create without another person's base.
2. You want source code to the software, which means that you wouldn't be paying a pittance for it. It would also mean you'd be able to redistribute the software with the option of monetisation, which doesn't generally come cheap.
3. You want a licensing system, which, industrially, can potentially cost thousands. A simple licensing system would be ineffectual ultimately, so maybe you want a professional grade licensing system?
