Looking for dev for Leveling plugin for KitPvP/SoupPvP

Hello, so im looking for a leveling plugin for a kitpvp/souppvp server so say after this amount of xp you rank up kinda like the one in kit battle advanced https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/kitbattle-advanced.2872/ i want too be able to change the rank names and stuff. but how much would it cost i dont have the biggest budget.

Better off buying that plugin your not getting a cheaper custom plugin with a ranking system for $8 and if you do you still won't have the features of the other plugin.
