Looking for Developer for Cobblemon Server [PAID]

Hello!
I am looking for developer with experience in regards to Cobblemon Server. I am running Arclight having both plugins & mods being able to run on my server. Currently I am the only one working on this whereas I previously hired someone else to do the startup for my server.

Req:
Years of knowledge with in regards to anything & everything Cobblemon.
Someone with HONEST opinions.
Knowledge with Fabric/Java
Plugins/Mods development,, server-side
Configuration & Optimization.
Gameplay system design
