Looking for developer

Requirements:

• GMT timezone (or around there)
• be able to work a few hours a day
• is okay with being paid monthly
• be able to create semi advanced plugins
• Good at fixing bugs

The server is skyblock with very limiting features which is what we'd like to change


Budget: we have not set one up but I'm sure we have the cash
