I'm sorry to tell you that the logos you linked can go up to as high as 300$ (depending on the artist). I know for sure that Inkbyte's one (the Extronus one) usually start at that price and only go higher from there.
Maybe you should consider raising your budger or looking for a different style and quality of logo.
