I'm going to spending roughly $300 on advertising next month and I want to know the best way to use this money to grow my server.

I assume that as you buy more time, it gets cheaper, like most things. I've seen days go for $300 and hours go for $70.

What would you say the average prices for 6 hours, 12 hours, and a day worth of advertising would be? On another note, is it advised I spend half on Youtube server reviews/lets plays and half on some time on a slot? I currently only have a playerbase of 5-10 daily, so I feel like renting out a slot is almost necessary to get a nice boost in players for the videos to be entertaining for the viewers and make them want to join as well.

I'm relatively new to treating my server like a business, since I'm a bit older, and tailoring it toward the players rather than just throwing it together asking for money.

And the final question which kind of connects all the previous:
How can I get the best bang for my buck when spending $300 on advertising? Thank you!

Use $150 of it for slots, then spend the rest on YouTubers. If you use that efficiently and within the period of a week so people are bombarded with ads for your server, your playerbase will grow notably.

Do not listen to him, YouTubers are trash unless you hire 1 million subs+ YouTubers which cost $1k per video. Spend $300 on 6 hours of .org, and I'm sure you'll make your money back in a week as long as you have a quality server.

Okay thanks for the advice. I might just give small-time YouTubers some ranks on the server dependent on how many subscribers they have in addition to the .org slot.

Actually not all youtuber's under 1 mil are trash. You get good youtuber's under that with more video views than a youtuber's with 1mil plus ..... 500K + Is where you would want to look for, you can get very good deals and will definetly notice a difference in players.
