Looking for FREE Premade HCF Server.

I am looking for a FREE HCF Server just to get ideas and see what kind of plugins should be added, I know treepuncher had one for a short amount of time but I can't seem to find it.

You won't find a free HCF server. IF you do it won't be that good.
