Looking for Help on a Survival Server

Hey there MCM Developers, I was looking to see if someone wanted to help me make a survival server as of now I have no need for custom plugins I am just looking for some help on creating a professional and clean looking server. I have a few ways to make it unique but I will discuss that over skype, if you are willing to help then I am willing to get partial ownership to the server for the amount of help you put into so we will be splitting 50/50. I know most of you see this as a sketchy move or something you don't want to do and I understand that but I really would like some help on this because I have everything other then the server itself setup.

Well I just joined mcm a few days ago (maybe like a week) and I got a lot of reply's saying they want to hire me i am working right now with a client for his towny server. I am great at doing these things and they aren't that hard for me
