Looking for help with faction server setup!

Hi, so I have been working on setting up my own faction server for a few days now, I have already gotten the map that I plan on using as well as what I believe to be all the plugins that I will need. I have however run into difficulties getting everything working properly and could use some help with setup. I need help with plugins, permissions, and kits/ranks. If you have the time and would be willing to help me, I would love some free help in exchange for vouches as well as putting your information on the server website.
