Looking for help!

Todays guys i've got some exciting news for all you soccer fans! I am planning on making a fotball/soccer plugin! For my server, here is some of my ideas:

• 2 Teams | Germany VS Argentina, something like that
• Different fields / Different maps...
• A fotball texturepack
• Tournaments
• Perks
• And alot more!

So it's just one problem, i need someone to help me code this plugin. I am a pretty new person so i could make some stuff with help from you. Just saying i can be a bit annoying because i might ask for alot! I hope someone is willing to help =)
