Hello! I am looking for a developer that can carry out my idea(s)! I am looking to spend around $400.00 USD on this fully custom plugin. Now, obviously it isn't a small plugin so before you respond, please have the following requirements:

- At least, 16 Years of Age
- 2+ Years of Developing in General
- 6+ Months of Plugin Development
- Must have Skype and Eligible for Speaking
- Must be up for a Big Job
- Must Provide Bug Management
