Hey mate, I saw that you said, "must be 15 years or older," then you said, "16 years or older is a plus". What do you mean by this? Anyways, good luck.

We would rather have a person that is 16 working for us than 15 because more maturity/more experience (Being older doesn't always mean that, I know). But if you have impressive work and seem like you fit the job at 15 years old we'll hire you.

Mineabit Ah, I see. Seems a bit weird to me since it's just a one year difference. The only difference in the teenage years I can notice is thirteen years old versus sixteen and up. Thirteen year olds always seem like the least mature :p

Hey!

I see you're interested in Hiring a developer, so here's a little bit of information about myself!

I've worked on 3 Minecraft networks over the course of the last 5 years. 2 of the networks had went under, while one is still active, and being worked on (my personal project).

I'm 20 years old, and am currently in University for Comp. Sci, finishing my degree this year.

Here's some examples of my code and projects I've worked on:

Commons - A massive minecraft plugin framework with a minigames engine, custom weapons api, custom mobs api, and practically everything you'll ever need for making a network: http://github.com/TheGamersCave/Commons

Checkpoints - Used for progression in parkour, on a map, in a tutorial; Set checkpoints around the map and whenever a player enters the checkpoint they'll receive a warp scroll to return there if they fall off, deviate away, etc: https://github.com/TheGamersCave/Checkpoints

MiniBlocks - Blocks of all decorations in an easy creative-like inventory, though at a half-size advantage! Using player skulls we skin the world and add a flavour that none other has seen: https://github.com/TheGamersCave/MiniBlocks

If you want more examples of some of the Minigames i've made, the hub gadgets, the backend, databases, websites, etc- Just let me know and I'll get them your way..

My skype is: TheGamersCave

I hope to hear from you! :)

You might want to copy and paste that here since this is the wrong section. You might get more of a response there as well.
