Looking for Manager

Hey!

We are looking for a person that is going to be configuring plugins, maintaining them, updating and setting up new servers (we call them Managers here).

A little about us: We are The Uniquecraft Network, founded 17th August 2013. We had been running for over 2 years now without a single downtime. Sadly, if you run without holidays and without closing, you get tired, and so do our Managers. That's why we are looking for a new one.

A little information on why we need your services:
The server is growing itself and getting big amounts of playings flowing through, though we can't keep them on the server (those statistics were collected from Minetrends). Our server staff has a lot of ideas, but sadly, our current manager can't keep up with them and the servers we are planning are never up for the deadlines I set.

In 2014 The Uniquecraft Network has generated exactly 4209.34$ in donations. In 2015, we had generated ~3000$ to this moment. With your help, we hope that we can do even more!

What are we looking for from applicants?

• Skype is a requirement.
• You must be active.
• You must be trained to use "the common sense".
• You must not ask me on how to use Multicraft (or you'll get instant-fired).
• You must know how to use Google.
• You should know the latest innovations and interesting things in Minecraft Server industry.
• You must be from Europe (this way our timezones match and I can catch you online).

What are we giving to you?

• A Manager position in a server that won't die out in nearest 5 years (guaranteed).
• A position in a group of dedicated staff members (though most of us like to have fun, so you'll notice a lot of bs going on)
• A paycheck or a percentage of donations if required.
• Access to our servers.
• Work under NDA or any other kind of agreement if that will be deemed appropriate.

How do you apply?
I'm interested in your previous experience. You should also tell me a little about yourself. I like decorations in your applications. Please also state your paycheck that you're aiming for and if you'd like to have any agreements signed. NB! Due to amount of confusion, this job is related to configuring, updating plugins. Setting up new minecraft servers and configuring them. This is not related to administrating the Linux server itself.

Does the person have to be in Europe? A lot of us in America are basically online 24/7 (thanks to the wonderful creation of cellular devices).

No, but you have to be on when I am on, or just active, so you complete the tasks I give you on time.

I think you misunderstood. I saw your thread for offering your works as a business Manager - this position is practically a "Developer" position... they just call it 'Manager'
