Title pretty much says it all. I only have $1.67 in my PayPal at the time I'm posting this. I want a good quality designed banner for my YouTube channel. I just recent purchased a profile picture from another artist, but can't find any good designers who fit my budget :/ Anyone nice enough to take the offer and at least make a few dollars, even though that's not what you're looking for.
