I am here today on behalf of the Floydcast team. We are extremely interested in expanding our management team by including a Diversity and Inclusion Officer into our team.

Budget: We are looking to spend around $1000 - $3000 a month however we are open to higher amounts if you exceed our requirements and expectations.

Requirements:

• Must be able to sign an NDA
• Must have experience in creating and maintaining diverse and inclusive environments
• Must be able to work 40-60 Hours a week
• Experience in Public Relations
• Ability to provide and address the mental wellbeing of staff and management
• Must speak fluent English and have perfect grammar
• Must be welcoming and supportive of the LGBTQA+ community
• Must understand trends in the LGBTQA+ community
• Must have Discord Nitro ($10 Version)
• Must not have a history of homophobia, racism and xenophobia

$1,000-$3,000 a month (and maybe higher) for 40-60 hours a week is not very well paid at all, especially if you're working on the end of 60 hours a week (I can make more stocking shelves or flipping burgers in my state with that amount of time worked).
