Bungeecord will need its own proxy server. You essentially need 3 Minecraft servers. My dev can help you with this. A proxy server is basically its own server that handles incoming connections so that your players are connected through the bungeecord server, not directly to the hub server itself. Essentially bungeecord needs its own server, which can be done by running the bungeecord.jar.
Forgive me if I explained this terribly. I am just trying to help here.

Have you tried looking up guides on how to get a bungeecord without paying a service to them to set it up? I know MCProhosting had that service... Sorry about the controversy I was thinking of dedicated hosting since I haven't done shared hosting in forever now. Theoretically you only need three. Bungeecord Proxy set to default 25565, Hub set to any port, Server1 set to any port, obviously you would have a 4th server, also set to any port. All can be managed from one physical server. Simple setup, contact me via skype if you need help - ant0990
