I'm looking for someone to make my banner, the one in my signature, animated. I've got ideas based on how I'd like it to look when animated along with a color pallet. Since I'm going to be providing the base PSD file with the idea and color pallet, I'm not offering tons of money but we can discuss payments via Skype.
