Looking for someone to part own my Server

Hi, I am currently starting a server it's essentially factions but with an RPG twist I can give more info if we talk on Skype. I am looking for someone to help start, run and own the server with me. It'd be ideal if you have some pretty good experience with servers. I need someone with a decent amount of time on their hands to help obviously nothing crazy but enough to get a fair bit done
