Looking for someone to properly setup NuVotifier on a network.

We're currently using SparkedHost to host our servers, before going further and releasing more we wish to get NuVotifier working correctly with a listener.
Listener choices are up to you, however they have to be able to execute command and work with versions 1.8-1.15.2.

We'll be paying after the job is done, as we anticipate this won't take <1 hour.
